Everything about Idrok, in the open
The deal, who we look for, how selection works, and when. No hidden terms.
The deal
Simple, founder-friendly terms designed to get you shipping fast.
Who we look for
Two things we look for, and a vertical preference that is a signal — not a gate.
At least one founder is all-in on building with AI
You don't need to be an expert yet — we teach agentic development. One founder is ready to live in agentic-coding tools and ship product daily, with AI as their co-worker.
A founder mindset — eager to learn or expert
You're hungry to learn and build, or you bring deep expertise that gives you an unfair edge. Either way, you move fast and figure things out. English helps you sell to the US and MENA — a plus, not a gate.
Strong teams in adjacent verticals are welcome. We start from what you can build and sell, not a category checklist.
The four-round journey
Transparent from application to decision.
- 01
Application
A short, focused application. Tell us the problem, the customer, and what you have already shipped.
- 02
72-hour build challenge
A real prompt, three days, your AI tools. We watch how you build and decide under pressure.
- 03
Partner interview
A direct conversation with a partner about the problem, the wedge, and your path to revenue.
- 04
Cohort committee
Final review by the committee. Decisions are made on rolling basis as strong teams come through.
Key dates
We review applications as they arrive and accept teams continuously until the cohort is full.
Rolling review: strong teams are accepted on a first-come basis. Applying early is a real advantage.
Questions, answered
- Do I need to be incorporated already?
- No. Apply as a team. We help accepted teams with the formation and paperwork.
- Is the vertical preference a hard requirement?
- No. EdTech and FinTech are priorities, but B2B SaaS and vertical-AI teams are welcome. A sharp problem and paying customers matter more than the category.
- Do all founders need to code?
- No. At least one founder should be all-in on building with AI — you don't need to be an expert, we teach agentic development. The rest of the team can focus on sales, design, or operations.
- What language is the program in?
- The program runs in English and Uzbek. English helps you sell to US and MENA customers, but it's a plus, not a requirement — a founder mindset and what you can build matter more.
- When will I hear back?
- We review on a rolling basis. Strong applications can move to the build challenge within a week.
